Behavioral Health - Remote in North Dakota - Community Prevention AdministratorBe part of a collaborative team focused on administering programs that support substance use prevention and early intervention services as a Community Prevention Administrator for the Behavioral Health Division at ND Health and Human Services. As the Community Prevention Administrator, you will manage federal and state substance use prevention funding and oversee the compliance and monitoring of a budget of approximately $2 million. You will ensure that contracted vendors meet federal and state requirements through onsite reviews across the state and manage around 30 contracts with prevention vendors. Additionally, you will oversee the certification of early intervention instructors for driving under the influence, minor in possession, and cannabis education, as well as supervise the statewide Synar program for tobacco compliance.You will also handle program-related contracts, grants, and funding; administer and monitor program budgets; establish and track program goals; and manage early intervention certification and any related complaints for instructors. This position will conduct credit analysis and underwriting services for commercial, agriculture, political subdivisions, and/or economic development projects. Primary duties include gathering and analyzing financial information of the overall loan package.Complete credit presentations Perform moderate to highly complex commercial and agricultural credit analysis which involves investigating financial statements to determine if cashflow is sufficient to repay business and personal debt. This position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, banking, business administration, economics, or a closely related field and six years of commercial and/or agriculture lending, credit or financial analysis work experience. Additional work experience as described may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
