Executive Order Establishes the North Dakota State Geospatial Committee

On February 25, 2022, Governor Burgum signed Executive Order 2022-03, establishing the North Dakota State Geospatial Committee (SGC).  This Executive Order replaces the 2001-06 Executive Order that had re-affirmed the 1995-05 Executive Order that originally established the North Dakota GIS Technical Committee (GISTC).  The new Executive Order replaces the dated text in the previous Executive Orders and it renames the GIS Technical Committee to the State Geospatial Committee to more accurately reflect the role of the agencies listed in the Executive Order.
