  • Esri maintenance fees are going up
  • USGS has recently updated USGS Topo Builder and USGS OnDemand Topo maps
• MAGIC Awards
  • These are made during the upcoming Symposium
  • Due to the time frame, Bob will send recommendations to the Committee for review and approval
• Geospatial Future State
  • Bob reviewed the current draft with the Committee
  • Comments from the Committee have been pulled in as well as those from Chris B.
• Geospatial Roadmap
  • This will be part of the 25-27 budget request
• Strategic Plan Goals
  • Our Strategic Plan is meant to be dynamic and therefore, those items that have completed are marked as such as those items slated for completion during 2023 but were not, have been changed to 2024
  • Data Oversight Goal 3.1.5 - data stewards need to be confirmed for each dataset; we reviewed the Regulatory Authority definition from the Library of Congress. 
• Update to Guidelines
  • Previously approved by the Committee in 2009, the Committee approved the increase of no-cost to agency storage
• Lighthouse
  • Bob reviewed with the Committee the most recent January 2024 slide deck for the Lighthouse Project
• Roundtable/Open Forum
  • Rod - we nearly have border to border QL2 coverage
  • Steve - upgrading ArcGIS servers and moving to branch versioning
  • ArcPro migration status - SGC agency conversion from ArcMap ranges from none to complete.
