The Parcel Viewer has been updated to accommodate the change in the Esri technology. The functionality remains the same, but a number of things will look a bit different. The Parcel Viewer is used primarily to view parcel data. The "Submit Markup" function found in the upper right corner of the Parcel Viewer is used as a way to send us feedback on suggested changes to the parcel data.
