- Meeting next week, will be finding out more about taxing districts such as fire, ambulance, school. This relates to ambulance boundaries based on taxation districts and and ambulance boundaries based on responders
- Getting some feedback on the parcels proof of concept
- Executive Order
- Reviewed a final draft that refreshes existing language including the renaming of the GIS Technical Committee to Geospatial Committee
- Will not include any reference to the State Mapping Advisory Committee. That reference is no longer needed according to the ND Geological Survey
- The draft was approved and will be for now moth-balled until the dust clears from Unification or as needed

- This topic has been brought up over the past couple of years but a recent GITA webinar which showcased a presenter from NOAA made an impression
- We need to educate the state on the impact and what we can do now to be ready
- We will invite our NOAA liaison to provide us a presentation/opportunity for discussion
- NAIP Licensing
- Although nothing is certain yet, the impact upon the state of the APFO moving towards internal use of licensed data needs to be addressed
- There are multiple vendors and options that might be available to the state, but these & the associated costs need to be weighed out, including access to the data by local government and vendors working for some level of state government
- We will need to work together to be sure we aren't duplicating cost and effort
