Meeting Recap

• Informational Items
  • Monthly meeting schedule is set; invites have gone out to GISTC members
  • Committee meetings have begun - GIS Program and Parcel Program
• Reservation Boundaries
  • Oil and Gas need to have updated reservation boundaries. There is a dataset from the BIA that we should put onto the GIS Hub even though it's currently missing Spirit Lake
  • We'll plan to put this onto the Hub database; the download link will point to the BIA download site
• Parcel Status
  • Reviewed the 4-step process used for aggregating parcel data
• SQL Server Migration
  • Hope to move the remaining Oracle databases to read-only state in the next couple of months
  • Agency users need to be moving to SQL Server now
• Hub Data Portal Update
  • The new Hub Data Portal will provide data stewards more control over getting their data published while simplifying the overall process and provide a savings to the GIS Program budget
• Open Forum
  • Possibility of meeting in person in the future
