  • Do not install ArcPro 3.5 until all clear given
  • New CIO - Corey Mock - former legislator
  • 2024 Geospatial Report has been posted to the GIS website
  • Requests for FTE and Geospatial Roadmap were not in Gov. Burgum's executive budget
• 2025 Meeting Schedule
  • The draft has been shared; invitations will be sent out soon
• 2025 NAIP
  • Bob has been notified there is a funding shortfall, ND is #24 on the list of 20 priority states
  • We will monitor the situation
• Strategic Plan Goals
  • Bob reminded data stewards to update their portion of the compilation spreadsheet
  • Special interest groups - mixed success.  NDACo plans will fulfill this goal
• Esri Meeting Recap
  • If agencies make no changes to their current license allocations, it is likely their maintenance cost will balloon as Esri begins to migrate away from the use of concurrent licenses (and possibly fixed licenses) to named users
  • The next steps include inventorying the software, license types, and user requirements
  • A crosswalk spreadsheet will be developed to assist in showing current and future state
• Roundtable/Open Forum
  • Rod said he sees value in standing up a PostgreSQL server for QGIS users
  • Kate said the Planet proof of concept will be starting in January
