• Minutes and Information
  • NG911 roads and address points are on the Hub database, planning to make the data publicly available on the GIS Hub Data Portal. Not all counties are yet in the dataset, though Williams and McKenzie should soon be available.
• Strategic Plan Goals
  • 3.1.2 - Statewide Data Strategy definition has been integrated into the plan
  • 3.1.4 - focus is on data but maps and apps are fine.  Agency stewards need to review their content on the Hub Data Portal
  • 3.1.5 - largely completed, but SGC needs to define maintenance priority for each dataset
  • 3.2.7 - Committee members provide suggestions on how to improve NDIT Service Desk and Desktop Support.  One item suggested is to be sure .NET upgrade is needed for ArcPro, and should be downloaded from the Esri download site.
• Statewide Data Strategy
  • Project Lighthouse is a means to the Statewide Data Strategy
  • Some SGC agencies will have Data Governance Committee membership and SGC as a whole will provide input opportunities.
• Roundtable/Open Forum
  • Bob showed the NWS smoke plume prediction that is in Living Atlas
  • Kate is planning to work with Planet on possible Proof of Concept
  • Steve noted the Geospatial Summit website is down
  • Steve and Phil will work together on distinguishing between fire districts and fire response boundaries
