  • 2017 service will soon be available
  • The 'Basemap_Imagery' will be updated with the 2017 NAIP and Fargo
  • Considering the construction of a new cached service being of only one statewide vintage, always the most recent statewide data, likely named Basemap_Statewide_Single
• Future Imagery
  • This is in the context of the NAIP possibly no longer being available
  • Beginning to compile the sources of imagery that could replace the NAIP
  • We have concerns on: a) public availability/licensing restrictions, b) IR, c) access to previous versions for a historical record
  • The GISTC needs to establish criteria by which to evaluate each data source/or approach
• School Districts
  • DPI now has a mapping coordinator
  • school locations and district boundaries are being updated
• Datum/Coordinate System
  • Documentation to clarify state standards has been started
  • State plane webinars provided by NGS have begun, next one April 12
  • NGS Liaison is planning a visit to Bismarck
• Strategic Plan Review
  • We reviewed our current priorities that are shown on the plan
