News and Information
- The Esri Enterprise Advantage Program has been added to the state's Master Purchase Agreement
- The database will be updated from Oracle 11 to Oracle 12
  - Connections should not be impacted
  - There may be a small blip of an outage
  - No more 3-tier connections will be allowed - potential impact to users who haven't yet switched and applications
- SQL Server testing has begun
Users Conference
- Esri Hands-On Learning Lab will be a part of the conference
- Census Bureau will be offering training
- We need more sponsors and abstracts
Hub Support
- Use the info on the website to be sure as much information as possible is provided
ArcPro Training
- Two webinars have been recently completed
- On-site training is planned
Data Licensing
- The GIS Hub Data Portal uses CCBY
- We do this to allow people to use our data as they wish but with the stipulation we'd like to have credit for the data
- If an agency wishes to change the data licensing on their data, please let Bob know
Strategic Plan
- The GISTC reviewed the current 2015-2017 plan in preparation for the 2017-2019 plan
- The GISTC agreed that that 3 primary goals are still relevant
- The Strategic Plan and the Executive Order that defines the GISTC may both see modifications based on the vision of the new Governor and new CIO
- The Executive Order will need changed due to the new Department of Environmental Quality being splintered off from the Department of Health
