New USGS Liaison
- Elaine has been with the NGTOC for 7 years, she specializes in cartography
- She’s done the National Map redesign and multi-scale mapping
- Let her know how she can be of assistance
Approve August minutes approved without correction
EMS Layers
- Four layers - two ambulance layers, quick response and trauma centers. Currently not being maintained, may temporary be taken down from the web.
- May leave on database and work on getting them updated
Informational Items
- Planet Imagery
  - Lisa Gallagher is new contact
  - Can get imagery though Esri MPA
  - Data is delivered via tiled Web Map Service
- Hub Data Portal
  - Will migrate to a different platform that is based on ArcGIS Online
  - This will also replace Visual ND
- Geodatabase Upgrade
  - Apps are the current focus
  - Drop dead for using Oracle is the end of the budget cycle
Roundtable - News from the Agencies
- NDIT - Parcel project: Data gathering is complete, now assimilating and building scripts, most counties have participated, status and other information at https://www.gis.nd.gov/parcel-project
- SWC - planning drone flights for recon in eastern 1/3 of the state
- DOT - statewide video log going to a new server
- Parks - updating master plans for the parks
- GF - 800k acres in PLOTS program
- GS - landslide PDF maps available on their website
