  • Upcoming maintenance on the NetApp storage device will result in a brief outage
  • Governor's Awards to Brian H at the Game and Fish and Paul M at the Department of Water Resources

  • Positive comments from several Committee members
  • HOLL location could have been better
  • Need to get vendors closers to the social
  • Name tags need to have organization on them

  • We've done this every year, planning to use the story maps approach again
  • Bob will create a draft for review; he asked the Committee members for additional content and ideas

  • Steve provided a brief demo of the VDI, as a follow up to what Brian B had showed us several months ago
  • He uses this in his daily work
  • The DOT has multiple pools from which to choose, these equate to the ArcGIS license to be used
  • Bob suggested that if requesting a VDI, to ask for additional system and GPU RAM to improve performance

  • The onboarding process can be improved at some agencies, with a key feature being the new employee being provided a PC sufficient for running ArcPro, the standard issue laptop can be insufficient for some users
