Life Skills and Transition Center - Grafton, ND - Social WorkerAs a Social Worker, you will provide support to people receiving services at the Life Skills & Transition Center, including those in the Youth Transition Services. Services include psychosocial assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, admission and discharge planning, and consultation. In addition, this role includes supporting the agency outreach mission for discharge planning and admission prevention.To thrive in this position, you must be proficient in use of a computer, as well as possess good time management and organization skills.
