Minimum Qualifications

This position requires a high school diploma or GED and five (5) years of semiskilled or skilled building, mechanical, groundskeeping, maintenance, and/or construction work involving the operation of maintenance equipment with experience in a supervisory or lead-worker capacity. Life Skills & Transition Center - Grafton, North Dakota - Therapy Services Support AssociateThis is a long-term temporary position. Working hours: 10-20 hours a week.As a Therapy Services Support Associate, you will manage inventory for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy, ensuring quality service provision. You'll also restock supplies, attend meetings to review supply dynamics, and reorganize therapy materials. Additionally, you will assess equipment condition, initiate repair orders, and aid in treatment area setup and teardown. You'll maintain cleanliness between sessions, perform general cleaning tasks, and support adaptive equipment cleaning, documenting all activities as needed.To thrive as a Therapy Services Support Associate, you should excel in handling quick setup and teardown of rooms, as well as managing repetitive tasks efficiently. This role involves physical work such as handling garbage, cleaning, and operating equipment like vacuums. You should be comfortable interacting with the public, including both children and adults, as well as willing to lend an extra set of hands when needed. Landscape maintenance, including lawn mowing, tree pruning, and weeding in all areas on site as needed.Remove trash from all locations and transport to designated dumpster.Perform cleaning duties as assigned, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, floor waxing, vacuuming, restroom and window cleaning, garbage removal, and others as they arise.Assist site staff with small maintenance projects and cleaning projects as required.Maintain machinery and tools in proper working order.Keep inventory of supplies on hand and inform supervisor of needs.Perform some painting of structures, both interior and exterior.
