Project Coordination * Contribute to project documentation and communication using Microsoft O365 tools (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).* Assist with the collection and validation of project information.* Help prepare project status reports and provide real-time updates as tasks are completed by multiple teams.* Support PMO staff in maintaining project data, including tasks, dates, resources, issues, risks, and key decisions.* Lead small, low-risk, or small-budget IT projects through their full lifecycle under supervision from PMO leadership.* Participate in and/or lead project meetings and other professional interactions. 3.
